Buffalo Ranch Powder / Sauce

3 tablespoons Ranch dip mix
1 large bottle Franks Buffalo sauce (23oz)

Pour whole bottle into mason jar.

Add in Ranch dip mix
Seal with lid and ring and shake vigorously until Ranch dip mix is completely combined.
At this point you can use this simply for a sauce for wings, salads, grilled chicken etc.
To make into a powder - pour into fruit roll tray of dehydrator and let dry for 16-18 hours. It will come out of tray in large chucks. Put into spice grinder and make into powder.

Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

½ cup Italian bread crumbs with 1 tsp smoked salt and 1 tsp freshly ground pepper.
2 tbsp minced garlic

1 pound ground chicken


¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
All above ingredients mixed together. (Except blue cheese)

2 ounces of mixture with blue cheese stuffed inside

Makes 16-18 meatballs. Smoked with hickory at 350 for an hour. You could also bake these in a 400° oven for 16-18 minutes.

½ stick of unsalted butter in a cup of buffalo sauce warming in the crock pot
